We currently serve all of King County and Snohomish County, WA with at least one month’s notice.

We recommend booking at least one month in advance. For weddings or holidays, we suggest booking 3–6 months ahead, as those dates fill quickly. If availability allows, we may accommodate events with a minimum of one week’s notice.

We offer a variety of options, including:

• Charcuterie cups, boxes, and boats
• Charcuterie Grazing Bars
• Cake Grazing Bars
• Croffle Grazing  Bars

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $450 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Yes, a 22% service charge will be added to your final invoice.

You can request a quote through our website. Please specify which grazing bar(s) you’re interested in. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a menu form to complete. After the form is submitted, we’ll provide a final quote and confirm availability.

Our standard package includes 2 hours total:

• 30 minutes for setup
• 60 minutes of service
• 30 minutes for breakdown
  Additional service time can be added for $200 per hour.

Each grazing bar includes:

• A fully styled and themed cart
• High-quality display items
• Disposable food trays, serving utensils, and napkins
• Printed and framed menu sign
• Grazing bar attendant to serve and replenish
• Setup, breakdown, and cart cleanup

Mini cutting boards and custom menu designs are available for an additional cost.

Yes! We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options upon request. Please note:

• Gluten-free cakes are available for an additional charge
• Croffles are not available in gluten-free options
  Please notify us in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Each grazing cart serves 50 to 100 guests. For events over 100+ guests, a second cart will be required.
